Known Distribution values integrity, loyalty, and growth. We will do our best to ensure your success with our products. To honor that we offer a 60-day exchange policy. Products purchased directly from Known Distribution may be exchanged for another product. To be eligible for an exchange, all products must be unaltered and free of damage. The customer must notify their sales representative that they would like an exchange within 60 days of the original delivery date. Once your exchange has been approved, please securely package your products in a box of your choosing. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from Known Distribution in any exchange.
