Shipping Policy

At Known Distribution we pride ourselves in getting orders out quickly. Typically, all orders will be shipped within 24 hours of order being placed. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by one business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email confirmation with a USPS tracking number once your order is complete.

Backorders

We try our best to never ship orders with missing products. In rare cases if a product is out of stock, we will ship your order noting a backorder on your packing slip. All backorders will be shipped as soon as possible.
